Ned specialises in the Onero Program, an evidence-based exercise program specifically designed for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. The program builds balance, muscle strength, and bone density to help reduce the risk of fractures.

After recognising the life-changing impact that targeted bone health exercise can have, Ned became a certified Onero practitioner. He successfully built the Onero Program from the ground up at Mead Physio Group in Kalamunda, creating a thriving program that continues to support patients' bone health today.

Ned holds a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland and an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Western Australia. His background in exercise science combined with specialised Onero training allows him to deliver safe, effective, high-intensity resistance and impact training tailored to each patient's bone health needs.

Whether you've been recently diagnosed with low bone density or want to prevent fractures and maintain your independence, Ned can help you build stronger bones through evidence-based exercise.

Rae is a Curtin University graduate with extensive experience working across the disability, aged care, and general health sectors. Rae is passionate about providing holistic care to clients of all ages, addressing a range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory concerns. Her approach is client centred, ensuring we work together to set goals and manage health challenges with respect and understanding. With a borderline obsession with lifting weights, she is eager to inspire and empower others to do the same. Especially, her mother who has recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

Rae also has a great enthusiasm about health and wellbeing; outside the gym she is walking her greyhound, Patrick, swimming and is eager to return to playing AFL - once she has finished her rehab, of course!
