At Saltbush Physiotherapy, our mission is to help our clients prevent fractures. We do this by improving their bone density, balance, function, strength and most importantly, their confidence.
Our team includes Rae and Ned, two qualified Physiotherapists who have undergone Professional Development training in order to be licensed to run the ONERO program. See below to learn a little more about our lovely Physiotherapists.
In our group classes, we focus on a small number of resistance and impact exercises undertaken at high intensity with close supervision by our highly experienced and qualified team.
We also offer 1 on 1 sessions in clients' homes to address musculoskeletal concerns, ascertain our clients' baselines, and track progress.
We are fortunate to run our ONERO group classes at Niche Crossfit O'Connor, where, during our class times, we have exclusive access to their state-of-the-art gym and equipment. This partnership allows us to provide closely supervised training sessions using the best equipment.
Ned graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy after completing his Undergraduate degree of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of WA. With a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Ned takes an exercise-based approach to treatment, working closely with each patient to ensure their individual needs and goals are addressed.
Ned is dedicated to providing high-quality care and finds great satisfaction in helping patients return to the activities they love. He values clear communication and teamwork, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care and outcome.
Ned has a strong passion for health and fitness; when he's not being a therapist you'll find him in the gym, pool, football field or running the streets of Perth!

Rae is a Curtin University graduate with extensive experience working across the disability, aged care, and general health sectors. Rae is passionate about providing holistic care to clients of all ages, addressing a range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory concerns. Her approach is client centred, ensuring we work together to set goals and manage health challenges with respect and understanding. With a borderline obsession with lifting weights, she is eager to inspire and empower others to do the same. Especially, her mother who has recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis.
Rae also has a great enthusiasm about health and wellbeing; outside the gym she is walking her greyhound, Patrick, swimming and is eager to return to playing AFL - once she has finished her rehab, of course!
